Medeno Polje flying field The Medeno Polje flying field is situated near the town of Bosanski Petrovac (see the map below). Bosanski Petrovac (Cyrillic: Босански Петровац) is a town in western Bosnia and Herzegovina (its geographical coordinates are 44°33'18"N, 16°22'7"E) and it is located near the main road Bihac - Mrkonjic Grad (E761). It is also the name of the municipality. The town and municipality are part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Una-Sana Canton. In 2005 the population was 8,151.
