Traditional 31st Izet Kurtalic Memorial was held last Saturday on 24th of August at Medeno polje field in Bosanski Petrovac.
But unfortunately not as it was planned. Tragic event happened during 6th round, Victor Stamov our dear colleague, sportsman and above all friend got heart attack with fatal consequences. Unfortunately, after all medical assistance given at field and in local hospital he didn’t survive.
After this happening organizer decided to stop further competition in order to pay respect to our beloved Victor. Peace be with him.
All our members, as well as competitors who were present at this year's Memorial expressed their deepest condolences to the family of deceased Victor! ... and many of our members - F1A competitors are flying just his models ...
Victor, rest in peace!
